hello all! for yesterday's conference, we have decided on camping out @ east coast park! cost will be as follow > $48/5 = $9.60/person ; $48/6 = $8/person (if shahirah is going)
date: 28dec09 night to 29dec09 morning/afternoon.
Activity plan is as follow... Scenario 1. - set up things for bbq (have to book pit) - @7pm, tenting ppl will come and pitch tent - syahirah will leave w ishak (: - talk through the night - maybe have a quick nap/or sleep - morning! have breakfast - @11am, tenting ppl come collect back tent - blading/cycling before that the two highlighted is interchangable
Scenario 2. - split into 2grps, 1 group go chinyee's house take tent - 1grp (bbq committee), go bring food there & set up - syahirah will leave w ishak (: - talk through the night - nap - breakfast! - homedz breakfast is excludable
Scenario 2 differs from Scenario 1 in that we do not have blading/cycling aft that cos nobody will look after the tentage that chinyee brings while we do so (its heavy, i dont think you wanna carry it to cycle LOL) also, scenario 2 is cheaper that we can save ALOT of $$$ from renting the tent as well as renting of bicycles/roller blades. good for those who are down on cash.
okay so people whats the plan? 1 or 2? PLEASE VOTE! we need to rent the tents as soon as we can. as for the bbq, we are trying to keep it to $10-$15 (i'm lousy at guessing, but i hope it will do enough?) i will form up bbq team asap! or who wanna volunteer? :D as for blading, it should be a $12-15/2hr (from what i remb last time) & bicycle varies, but its a lil cheaper though. keep it within $8/hr or 2? (nt sure) correct me if i'm wrong, i think my data outdated alr haha.

Hellooooo all.
Chinyee has checked about the chalet and the minimum we need to book is for 3d2n.
therefore, it will sum up to around $500 instead of 200+ haha do your own maths.
so, i have decided on alternatives.
1. camping w tentage @ east coast park.
2. just a day out cycling, roller blading + dinner.
3. shopping + dinner
4. staying over @ a person's house.
which one would you want?
or is there any suggestions?
